excellent location spa facilities breakfast variety attentive staff

the location was excellent, providing convenient access to many attractions, i found the spa facilities to be a real treat after a day of exploring. the breakfast offered a wide variety of delicious options. i appreciated the cleanliness of my room and the attentiveness of the staff.

I had a slight issue with the room temperature. It took a while to adjust to my preferred setting. though minor, it was a small inconvenience.

The dining area had plenty of seating. i saw that it included options like fresh pastries, hot dishes, and a variety of beverages available during breakfast hours. the staff ensured the buffet was continually stocked. I found this very attentive.

a decent stay

great location helpful staff uncomfortable sofa bad soundproofing

the location is fantastic. it is easy to walk everywhere from the hotel. i liked the spa and pool facilities a lot. the staff are helpful, too.

The kids sofa bed was not comfortable. room temperature control was horrible. It was either too cold or too warm. i could hear street noise at night because windows had not enough sound proofing.

the location was perfect on the waterfront i loved the central position for sightseeing the river view from the room was amazing it really added something special to my stay i appreciated the wellness center with both finnish and herbal saunas

Wonderful location and hotel!

I came for a visit. The hotel location is great. It is close to the main street. There are many nearby restaurants and cafes. I have a great view to the canal from my room.

The receptionist gave vague instructions. I was asked to roam at night. I had to find the other building. This was very unwelcoming.

Excellent stay NEAR THE WATER

The breakfast offered many choices and tasted very good. The hotel location proved ideal, situated right alongside the water. The room was nice and clean. The staff helped me turn off the air conditioning quickly.

Some tv channels were only available in polish, with perhaps one in english.

The staff at the front desk demonstrated accommodation by moving me to a room closer to my friends. The service team were friendly and hospitable , always ready to assist with anything needed, and i thank them for that.

fantastic location waterfront area herbal sauna wellness centre

This hotel had such a fantastic location right on the waterfront. i really appreciated being central for everything. the spa is superb. It is a proper wellness centre with both finnish and herbal saunas. i especially liked that it wasn't the typical hotel spa!

The room temperature control wasn't very precise. It felt either too cold or too warm.
