the location was excellent, providing convenient access to many attractions, i found the spa facilities to be a real treat after a day of exploring. the breakfast offered a wide variety of delicious options. i appreciated the cleanliness of my room and the attentiveness of the staff.

I had a slight issue with the room temperature. It took a while to adjust to my preferred setting. though minor, it was a small inconvenience.

the location is fantastic. it is easy to walk everywhere from the hotel. i liked the spa and pool facilities a lot. the staff are helpful, too.

The kids sofa bed was not comfortable. room temperature control was horrible. It was either too cold or too warm. i could hear street noise at night because windows had not enough sound proofing.

I came for a visit. The hotel location is great. It is close to the main street. There are many nearby restaurants and cafes. I have a great view to the canal from my room.

The receptionist gave vague instructions. I was asked to roam at night. I had to find the other building. This was very unwelcoming.

The breakfast offered many choices and tasted very good. The hotel location proved ideal, situated right alongside the water. The room was nice and clean. The staff helped me turn off the air conditioning quickly.

Some tv channels were only available in polish, with perhaps one in english.

This hotel had such a fantastic location right on the waterfront. i really appreciated being central for everything. the spa is superb. It is a proper wellness centre with both finnish and herbal saunas. i especially liked that it wasn't the typical hotel spa!
